男性面接官　：　Mr. Gota, In Japan, we often see the curtain

　　　　　　　　with white and red stripe on

                    　  such occasion like a wedding ceremony.

                     　What's that special curtain for ?

                      ゴタさん、日本では、結婚式などのとき、

　　　　　　　　よく、赤と白のストライプ

　　　　　　　　のカーテンを見ますが、あれは、何のためですか？

ゴタ　　　　：　From ancient times, we Japanese people believe that

               　     red color has a power to drive out a evil spirit and

                 　   white a power to make peace.

                   　 The combination has an auspicious air suitable

　　　　　　　　for the occasion like wedding cremony annyversary of,

                        for example , birth.

                  　  昔から、日本人は、白が平和友好の印で、赤が、悪霊駆逐の

　　　　　　　　色だと信じています。赤と白に組み合わせは、めでたい場所に

　　　　　　　　ふさわしいのです。結婚式とか、誕生日とか。

　　　男性面接官は、ペンで、書類に、印をつけています。

　　　今の、応答に、点数をつけているようです。

　　　（何点だったのか、とても、気になりました。０点ではないと思いますが）

　　　ハロー通訳アカデミーの模擬面接では、答がわからなくても、

　　　何か、しゃべり続けること。空白の時間を作ったら、それで、不合格だと

　　　聞かされていたので、どんどん、しゃべり続けました。

　　　あること、ないこと。何でも、かんでも。

 

男性面接官　：　Mr. Gota. Why samurai warrior wears

                      two swards around his waist ?

                      お侍さんは、二本、刀を腰につけていますけど、

　　　　　　　　なぜですか？

ゴタ　　　　　：　The longer one is for fighting while the shorter one is for

            　　        harakiri. or killing himself.

            　　        When a samurai has made blunder or

　　　　　　　　　violated inportant rule,he was ordered seppuku

　　　　　　　　　in other worde  harakiri or killing himself.

                          That's the way samurai takes his responsubility.

                          長い刀は、戦うためで、短いのは、切腹用です。

　　　　　　　　　侍は、しくじるとか、掟を破ると、切腹を命じられました。

　　　　　　　　　切腹が、侍の責任の取り方だったのです。
