Nicotto Town

Yummy lunch!

I joined a cooking class at Hanzomon today.
I always learn macrobiotic dishes there which are easy to make at home.
The good side of this cooking class is I don't need to cook anything but just eat what they serve.
I enjoyed having healthy delectable lunch to my heart's content!

You said it, Eri! We are made of what we eat. :D
In this class, we use "amazake" instead of sugar.
Taste good and good for our health. :D

Hi arie!

You can say that again! Water is so important and we can't live without it, can we?

It's really amazing to learn that everything has its "hado", things like tables, PCs, even writings.
So if you put a 'thank you' label to a bottle of water, water gets the meanings or "hado" !
I did it to our water bottle, so the water is always clean and tasty. :-)

Hi, Carrie!

Thanks a bunch for telling me how to put 'Hado' or 'a wave motion' into Japanese; 波動.
I think I've never used the phrase 'Hado' in my daily conversation, but I know what it actually means.
I'd like to say to water 'Thank you' and 'I'm happy.'
I feel I'm greatly indebted to water in my everyday life.
Thanks again for enlightening me.

Hi arie!

I'm so happy that you're interested in "波動".
The book "水からの伝言” is easy to read, because there are lots of pictures which tell us how the water change by listening to or reading our messages.
I put "thank you" to our water bottle!
Our 60-70% of bodies are made of water; if we use good words such as "happy" ,"thank you" all the time, we'll stay healthy. :-)

Hi, Carrie!

Thanks for telling me about 'Hado', of which I don't have any idea, but I'm impressed with the idea that water changes into beautiful crystals if you say 'Thank you' to water.
Incidentally, what Chinese characters do you apply to 'Hado'?
I'm fully pressed for time reading books about transmigration and near-death, so I'll try to read "The message from water" when I have some time to spare in the future.

GM arie!

What a nice encouraging message you gave me!
The reason I started to take this cooking class is that I like the place very much.
The class is held at a "hado" center. I'm really attracted to "hado" after reading books by Masaru Emoto.
Do you know the book 'The message from water'?
If you say 'thank you' to water, it creats beautiful crystals!
It's really an amazing book! :-)
