Nicotto Town

Thanks my son!

I had lunch between the lesson time at the nearby cafe today.
While I was eating and chatting with a friend of mine, it started raining.
OMG! I hung all the laundry outside!
We couldn't leave but stayed there until it almost stopped raining.
Then we rode bicycles home.
When I returned home, I was surprised to see all the laundry had been taken inside and hung with a dehumidifier on.
Goodness, my older son did it all for me before he left home!
He'd never done household chores spontaneously in his life.
It was really a happy surprise; I can't wait to thank him when he returns home tonight!

How about your daughter? Do you have a daughter and a son?

Boys tend to ashamed being with their mother out and helping her work.
I'm very happy that your sons are so nice boys.
They know you are a very busy person so that they help you.
Good sons are from a good Mom.

I want all SESS members to know that not only you are a good musician but that you do good social activities through music, so I introduced your music talent at the session last night.

I like reading very much too.
I often read novels when I was young, I ususally read about business and for the enlightment these days.

Hi, Carrie!

I'm glad to know your elder son had helped you with your household chores before.
I believe it's very important to share our daily housework with all the family people no matter how little dedication they make to the welfare of their everyday life.
It's a fundamental step each of the family people should take to lead a happy and comfortable life.
You're happy to be blessed with your affectionate children.

GM arie!

Thanks for your comment. :-)
Truth to tell, I haven't thanked him yet for his help, as he returned home very late last night and he's still sleeping in his bed now.
He used to help me a lot when he was little, but he somehow changed his mind and stayed away from household chores.
My younger son is always willing to help me, though.

I remembered my elder son had helped me a lot after writing my blog, so I changed the sentence "He'd never done household chores before" to "He'd never done them spontaneously".

We are on the same wavelength; I couldn't agree with your comment more!

Hi, Carrie!

You must be proud of your elder son who unexpectedly brought in the washing while you were out.
I guess he must be glad that he was able to help you with part of your household chores.
I hope you've already had some time to express your gratitude for his assistance.
I think it a good idea to offer more and more opportunities for our children to help us with our daily chores at home, which will, in turn, lead to their own happiness when they have their family.
Have a nice evening.
