Nicotto Town

A lovely present!

One of my students gave me a hand-made top out of folding paper last evening.
He's become tall; he's now taller than me, and is a good junior soccer player.
However, he also likes folding paper and keeps giving me tiny presents whenever he makes one.
He's so adorable; there's a nice collection of his hand-crafted work on my piano!

Hi Eri!
Children are so adorable, aren't they? You also got nice presents from your lovely students!

Like you, I didn't know the political issues, or I wasn't intereted in that kind of stuff.
But after the 311 disaster, I tried to collect the FACTS and followed trustworthy people on twitter and facebook to catch up the things.
Thanks for your candid statement; I like your honesty very much!

I sometimes receive a lovely present from my students.
Children like to give people around them their drwaing or hand-craftes.
A drawer in my room has some cute presents.

I don't know about political issue a lot.
My friends are thoughtful people and know politics well.
They often tell me about them.
I'm very happy to know about politics from you too.
I feel that I have to have political awareness.

Hi, Carrie!

Thanks a lot for your concerns and encouragement about my table tennis match for tomorrow.
I came back sober all right, even though I enjoyed drinking loads of beer at the party.
Beer gives me no physical trouble at all no matter how much I drink it.

Feel free to excuse yourself in the midst of the session tomorrow evening and whip us (thanks for the nice phrase) a delicious dinner for your younger son.
Personally, I've just finished making onigiri rice balls for my lunch for tomorrow with some unique fillings of pickled plums, a pickled cucumber, bonito flakes, salmon flakes of my own invention.
I wonder how the weird concoction will taste tomorrow.

Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow evening.

GE arie!

Have you saved having alcohol at the year-end party this evening?
You have another D-day tomorrow!
I'll be rooting for you; hope you do your best and enjoy the match to the full.
I'll talk to you tomorrow night!

Oh, I must tell you.
My younger son will be returning home from his part-time job at 10:15ish tomorrow, so I might have to leave the session around that time to whip up something hot for him.
But I'll be back after I finish the stuff, so please wait for me, arie!

CU tomorrow!
Good night.

Hi, Carrie!

Hope you're having a leisurely time to just lay back today, or are you as busy as a beaver as usual even on the weekend?
I've had a similar experience of having got some very tiny animals created by folding paper which one of former student's daughter made.
They are as small as the tip of my little finger and I wondered how dexterous she was to be able to fold origami paper into such minuscule creatures.

I practiced playing table tennis for three hours this morning and I'm going to attend a year-end party for the club this evening.
I'm planning on having another table tennis match the whole day tomorrow, so I must be careful about the amount of alcohol at the gathering.

Have a nice evening.
See you later.
