A relaxing time

What beautiful music 'Nuovo Cinema Paradiso' is.
I'm mellowed out listening to the tune!

You said it, Eri! Music is a ambrosia food for our heart, isn't it? :-)

Well, I used to live in the U.K. in my 20's and then live in the U.S. in my 30's.
When I was in England, I couldn't speak the language at all; I enjoyed studying English then.
So when I was in America, I spoke British English with a British accent!
I still do; my friend in England says so.

I like England very much; I feel it's my hometown.

Music is a good dish which fills our heart.
I like to listen to music ( I found that I had no talent to play any music when I was a kid, haha).

I got that why you use English so well by your speech tonight.
Staying abroad is not easy, but that experience gives us a lot.
If you have time, will you let us know about your life there?
I really want to listen to them.

Had you study English before you went to America or you studied there?

Hi arie!

It's really nice to talk with you here! :-)
Your daily life is sooooooo well balanced using your brain and body.
You must be living over 100 in pretty good shape!!!

I cooked Japanese noodles flavored with miso tonight, following your recipe.
I had it with my younger son. It made our hearts and bodies well warm.

Well, arie. Do you know how to use "mellow out"?
Do you think it's OK to use "I'm mellowed out"? Or should I have written "I mellow out"?
I couldn't find any example sentences on the net. X(
I'd be happy if you'd tell me this!

Hi, Carrie:

I can imagine that listening to your favorite music is the most relaxing time in your tight schedule.
I hope you'll be able to have more free time at your disposal.
Personally, I've spent a quality time at a library in my community and enjoyed playing table tennis in the evening.
It's nice to use my brain and body to my heart's content.

See you later.
