ﾟﾟ*･｡･*ﾟ¨ יהוה ¨ﾟﾟ*･｡･*ﾟ¨ ⚖ ¨ﾟ*･｡･*ﾟ¨⚡ ¨ﾟ*･｡･*ﾟ¨ ⌘ ¨ﾟ*･｡･*ﾟ¨ ꔾ ¨ﾟ*･｡･*ﾟ¨ ᛟ ¨ﾟ*･｡･*ﾟﾟ¨ אֲדֹנָי ¨ﾟﾟ*･｡･*ﾟﾟ¨
And this shall be a statute for ever unto you:
以下は、あなたたちの守るべき不変の定めである。
that in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month,
ye shall afflict your souls,
第七の月の十日には
あなたたちは(魂に)苦行する
and do no work at all,
何の仕事もしてはならない。
whether it be one of your own country,
or a stranger that sojourneth among you:
土地に生まれた者も、
あなたたちのもとに寄留している者も同様である。
For on that day shall the priest make an atonement for you, to cleanse you,
なぜなら、その日にあなたたちを清めるために贖いの儀式が行われ、
that ye may be clean from all your sins before the Lord.
あなたたちのすべての罪背が主の御前に清められるからである。
It shall be a sabbath of rest unto you,
これは、あなたたちにとって最も厳かな安息日である。
and ye shall afflict your souls, by a statute for ever.
あなたたちは苦行をする。これは不変の定めである。
