¨ﾟﾟ*･｡･*ﾟ¨ יהוה ¨ﾟﾟ*･｡･*ﾟ¨ ⚖ ¨ﾟ*･｡･*ﾟ¨⚡ ¨ﾟ*･｡･*ﾟ¨ ⌘ ¨ﾟ*･｡･*ﾟ¨ ꔾ ¨ﾟ*･｡･*ﾟ¨ ᛟ ¨ﾟ*･｡･*ﾟﾟ¨ אֲדֹנָי ¨ﾟﾟ*･｡･*ﾟﾟ¨


One day Jesus told his disciples a story to show
that they should always pray and never give up.
また、イエスは失望せずに常に祈るべきことを、人々に譬で教えられた。

“There was a judge in a certain city,” he said,
“who neither feared God nor cared about people.
that there was no more room, even outside the door.
「ある町に、神を恐れず、人を人とも思わぬ裁判官がいた。

A widow of that city came to him repeatedly,
saying, ‘Give me justice in this dispute with my enemy.’
ところが、その同じ町にひとりのやもめがいて、彼のもとにたびたびきて、
『どうぞ、わたしを訴える者をさばいて、わたしを守ってください』と願いつづけた。


The judge ignored her for a while, but finally he said to himself,
‘I don’t fear God or care about people,
彼はしばらくの間きき入れないでいたが、そののち、心のうちで考えた、
『わたしは神をも恐れず、人を人とも思わないが、


but this woman is driving me crazy. I’m going to see that she gets justice,
because she is wearing me out with her constant requests!’”
このやもめがわたしに面倒をかけるから、彼女のためになる裁判をしてやろう。
そうしたら、絶えずやってきてわたしを悩ますことがなくなるだろう』」。


Then the Lord said, “Learn a lesson from this unjust judge.
そこで主は言われた、「この不義な裁判官の言っていることを聞いたか。


Even he rendered a just decision in the end.
So don’t you think God will surely give justice to his chosen people
who cry out to him day and night?
Will he keep putting them off?
まして神は、日夜叫び求める選民のために、
正しいさばきをしてくださらずに長い間そのままにしておかれることがあろうか。


I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly!
But when the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith?”
あなたがたに言っておくが、神はすみやかにさばいてくださるであろう。
しかし、人の子が来るとき、地上に信仰が見られるであろうか」。
