Do ablutions before prayer, so you won't be distracted.
祈る前には浴する、そうすると気が散らない。
You need to dress modestly for prayer.
祈るために謙遜な服装を着る。
Pray in an appropriate place (a clean, quiet and neat place).
適合した場所で祈る。（清潔な、静かできちんと片付いた場所）
Key to prayer is focus & intention, no distractions.
祈りの要訣とは、集中と目的、そして心が取り乱れないことである。
To draw close to G-d means giving of yourself.
神様に近付くことは、自分自身を捧げる（神様に任せる）こと。
Experience spirituality, be inspired, but then absorb and shift.
